ABOUT ME:
Hi everyone! Being a local from Pasadena born and raised, I have found my passion in learning as much as I can about the body. I have enjoyed helping people find relief after either being stretched or receiving massages and I have wanted to be part of a community in helping people in their journey of self care. My specialties include pre/perinatal (postpartum), Swedish, and lymphatic massage. I enjoy helping my clients feel safe, refreshed, and revitalized and my goal is to help as many people as I can through therapeutic techniques.
I earned my bachelor of science in Kinesiology from Cal State Los Angeles, and have worked as a physical therapist aide/manager for the past 2 years while serving my in home clients. I also have been a fitness and nutrition instructor. I also ran track and field in high school and college. I received my massage training from National Holistic Institute in Studio City and continue to take continuing education courses to further my expertise.
On a personal note I enjoy track and field, hiking, and trips to the beach especially Laguna Beach. And I am almost always listening to music or humming. I look forward to helping you all, especially woman who are bringing beautiful little ones into this world and if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to speak with me!
